1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the OROO Complete Routine Kit.

If you’re not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product was used as intended

  • At least 50% of the product remains

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refunds are limited to one per customer to prevent misuse.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Products that are completely empty

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Individual products purchased separately (non-kit items)

  • Free gifts, bonus items, or travel sizes

  • Orders placed during clearance or final sale (if applicable)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • OROO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

8. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Every skin type is different. If you experience irritation:

  • Discontinue use immediately

  • Contact us with photos and details of the reaction

Refunds due to allergic reactions are reviewed case-by-case.

We recommend a patch test before full use.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
